Delivery by couriers
-
We send goods via express couriers DPD and Omniva, who usually deliver goods within 24 hours of dispatch ( except during holiday periods, Black Friday or other mass shopping days, when couriers are overloaded and delivery times are only estimated), and dispatch depends on payment receipt, we also deliver to parcel lockers.
-
The courier calls you before delivering the goods to arrange a time when you will be home; if you are not at home, they will attempt delivery again the next day. If you are not at home or delivery cannot be arranged, the goods are returned to us. In such cases, we call you and resend the goods; the reshipment fee is 4 euros.
-
Couriers do not deliver parcels on weekends; goods ordered on weekends are dispatched on the next working day.
-
If you do not receive your shipment on time or are dissatisfied with the courier's service, please do not blame Papildu Pasaulis or send angry letters, as we cannot influence the couriers' work. Papildu Pasaulis is not a courier service.
Delivery time (in Lithuania) is 1-2 working days.
Upon receipt of payment, the parcel is dispatched on the next working day and you can expect the shipment the following day, but this still depends on the courier; however, the shipment usually arrives within 24 hours.
