1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legally binding document for the parties describing the Buyer (hereinafter the Buyer) and the Seller

(hereinafter Seller) rights and obligations, conditions of purchase and payment for goods, rules for delivery and return of goods, parties' liability and other aspects related to the purchase and sale of goods in the www.papildupasaulis.lt online store.

The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Rules at any time.

All disputes arising shall be resolved through negotiations. If mutual agreement cannot be reached, problematic issues shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. PURCHASE OF GOODS IN THE ONLINE STORE

2.1.Using the product categories on the left or top of the page or entering the desired product name in the search box, select the products; choose the quantity and flavor you want to buy and click the button Add to cart ; this way you can select one or more products;

2.2. On the right side, in the shopping cart, you will see which products you have already selected and the amount payable for them. To purchase these products, click the Buy button

2.3. If you have previously purchased from this store, enter your email address and password and click Login. If you are buying for the first time, register or shop as a guest. After selecting the desired option, click the Continue button. Fill in the required fields correctly, read the shopping conditions by checking the box to agree, and click the Continue button;

2.4. Next, choose a payment and delivery method acceptable to you, enter the information required for product delivery, and click the Continue button;

2.5. Check if all the order information is correct and click Confirm Order;

2.6. We will send the invoice to the email address you provided; if you chose bank transfer as the payment method, pay for the goods within 24 hours from the invoice receipt date, upon receiving the payment we will immediately send you the goods; if you chose to pick up the goods directly (only in Vilnius), you will pay for the goods upon pickup.

3. PRODUCT PRICES, TERMS, AND PAYMENT METHODS

3.1. Product prices are indicated in euros.

3.2. The www.papildupasaulis.lt online store reserves the right to change the prices of products sold in the online store without notice.

3.3. The following payment methods are available:

  • Bank transfer to the settlement account (the invoice for the selected goods will be sent to the email address you provided. The invoice must be paid within 24 hours of receipt. After printing the invoice, you can pay it at the nearest bank branch or via online banking).
  • Picking up goods directly (only in Vilnius).
  • OPAY payment system.
  • Payment by card. The order begins to be processed immediately after payment; the client will receive an order confirmation by email provided during payment.

4. RETURN OF GOODS

The product is not tasty, melts poorly, does not whip but has a good expiration date, the package is not damaged, such products cannot be returned, because we do not manufacture them, only sell them. If you did not like the taste or its effect, choose another manufacturer; there are millions of products and it is natural that not everything will suit and please, moreover, there have been many cases where one person likes it, another finds the same product unpleasant.

4.1. To return goods purchased in the www.papildupasaulis.lt online store, you need to know:

  • The buyer can return purchased goods within 14 days without any specified reason, regardless of how they were purchased: in a physical store, an online store, or by phone, the same rules apply to you, and the return will be carried out in accordance with (only for online purchases) Article 6.228 (10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
  • When returning (please specify the order number, reason for return, and list of goods to be returned) within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods;
  • Defective goods, purchased both online and in physical stores, are exchanged or returned: when the reason for returning the goods is poor quality (e.g., damaged packaging, expired product shelf life, etc.) or you received a different product than you ordered, we undertake at our own expense to selectively replace the defective product with a product of proper quality or refund the money paid for the product and cover your shipping costs. Defective goods are exchanged or returned in accordance with the retail trade rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 2001-06-11, Resolution No. 697, point 18, which states that defective goods are exchanged or returned under the cases and conditions set out in Article 6.363 of the Civil Code.
  • Return of goods of proper quality
  • When purchasing online, goods are returned in accordance with the cases and conditions set out in Article 6.363 of the Civil Code.

  • When purchasing in a physical store, the return or exchange of goods is only possible in accordance with the procedure established by the Government Resolution No. 697 of 2001-06-11, which approved the Retail Trade Rules.
  • In both cases, you pay the costs of returning the goods; this only applies to goods of proper quality if, for reasons known only to you, you decide that you do not like the product and want to return it. If you purchased the product in our physical store, you can bring it back to the store and get a refund. If the product was purchased remotely, you will receive the money back to your bank account within 1-14 working days. If the goods were purchased remotely but returned in the physical store, the money for the goods will still be refunded by bank transfer.

  • The returned product must be in its original intact packaging (this point also applies when returning defective goods, except in cases where defective cosmetics or perfumery products are returned);
  • The product must not be damaged by the Buyer;
  • The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels not damaged, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this point applies in both cases, even when returning defective goods);
  • The returned product must be of the same configuration as received by the Buyer;

5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

We guarantee that:

  • The security of the personal data (name, surname, address, phone number, email address, etc.) provided by the Buyer in the www.papildupasaulis.lt online store;
  • Personal information will only be used to complete the purchase-sale transaction of goods;
  • Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent in any way;

6. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE-SALE CONTRACT

7. BUYER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

7.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the www.papildupasaulis.lt online store and undertakes to comply with these purchase-sale rules.

7.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse goods purchased in the www.papildupasaulis.lt online store (see section 4).

7.3. The Buyer undertakes not to disclose his login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login details, he must immediately inform the administration of the www.papildupasaulis.lt online store by email info@papildupasaulis.lt.

7.4. If the data provided in the Buyer's registration form changes, he must update it immediately.

7.5. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods during delivery without valid reasons, he must cover the delivery costs.

7.6. The Buyer, using the www.papildupasaulis.lt online store, agrees to these purchase and sale rules and undertakes to comply with them.

8. SELLER'S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

8.1. If the Buyer consciously or unconsciously harms or attempts to harm the operation of the online store and/or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend the Buyer's ability to use the www.papildupasaulis.lt online store, and in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.

8.2. In circumstances beyond the Seller's control (force majeure) and other important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online trading store without prior notice to the Buyer.

8.3. The Seller undertakes to provide all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store.

8.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by them under the conditions set out in these rules.

8.5. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, they undertake to offer an analogous or as similar as possible product in terms of its properties. If the Buyer refuses to accept the analogous or most similar product, the Seller undertakes to refund the Buyer the money paid within 3 (three) working days if prepayment was made.

9. LIABILITY

9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences arising from this.

9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the security of their login data and, in the event of transfer to third parties, subsequent actions by third parties in the online store using the transferred data become the Buyer's responsibility.

9.3. The Buyer is responsible for their actions performed using the e-store.

9.4. If there are links in the Seller's online store to websites of other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities on those websites, does not supervise or control them, and does not represent those companies or individuals. In case of damage, the responsible party compensates the other party for direct losses.

 

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
