PROMiXX iX-R is specially designed as a vortex mixer, so everything inside the stainless steel-finished decorated bottle is drawn into a vortex and mixed perfectly – no lumps or stuck residues! I use my model for post-workout protein shakes – it works flawlessly. The mixer easily handles thick powders and mixes well with both water and milk.
Although the main purpose of PROMiXX is to prepare protein shakes after workouts, I also use it to prepare pre-workout drinks right before exercise. The convenient storage compartment in the main part of the shaker allows you to store about one scoop of protein or several smaller scoops of BCAA / pre-workout formulas. Previously, I had to prepare these drinks at home, but their effect is strongest when consumed right before training. Therefore, using PROMiXX, I can prepare and consume them directly at the gym – this has noticeably improved my results.
I mainly use my shaker for workouts, but there is no reason why it couldn't be used in the kitchen – after all, it is a mixer! I have thought about trying it for pancake batter – haven't tried yet, but the powerful motor would definitely easily beat a few eggs.
The biggest advantage of this mixer is mobility. It is wireless, rechargeable via USB, and can be used anywhere, making it ideal for daytime use, for example, as a snack or protein drink at work. Colleagues have already praised PROMiXX and asked where I got it. I directed them to PROMiXX because I can confidently confirm the quality of these models – I still have the original PROMiXX mixer and look forward to continuing to use the new iX-R model.
