RETURN OF GOODS
1. To return goods purchased from the www.papildupasaulis.lt online store, you need to know:
- The buyer can return the purchased goods within 14 days without any specified reason, regardless of how they were purchased: in a physical store, online store, or by phone. The same rules apply, and the return will be governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Article 6.228 (10) (only for online purchases).
- When returning (please specify the order number, reason for return, and list of goods to be returned) within 14 days from the date of delivery;
- Defective goods purchased both online and in physical stores can be exchanged or returned: when the reason for return is poor quality (e.g., damaged packaging, expired product, etc.) or if you received a product different from what you ordered, we undertake at our own expense to selectively replace the defective product with a product of proper quality or refund the money paid for the product and cover your shipping costs. Defective goods are exchanged or returned according to the retail trade rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 2001-06-11, Resolution No. 697, point 18, which states that defective goods are exchanged or returned under the conditions specified in Article 6.363 of the Civil Code.

- It is also necessary to specify whether the returned product is being returned or exchanged.
- Do not return via regular Lithuanian Post !!!!! the shipment will not reach us.
- When buying in a physical store, return or exchange of goods is only possible according to the retail trade rules approved by the Government Resolution No. 697 of 2001-06-11.
- In both cases, you pay the return shipping costs, which applies only to goods of proper quality if, for reasons known only to you, you decide you do not like the product and want to return it. If you purchased the product in our physical store, you can bring it back to the store and get a refund. If the product was purchased remotely, you will receive a refund to your bank account within 1-14 working days. If the goods were purchased remotely but returned in the physical store, the money will still be refunded by bank transfer.

- The returned product must be in its original intact packaging (this applies even when returning defective goods, except in cases of defective cosmetics or perfumery products);
- The product must not be damaged by the buyer;
- The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (labels not damaged, protective films not torn, etc.) (this applies in both cases, even when returning defective goods);
- The returned product must be of the same configuration as received by the buyer;
