Peach flavour ingredients: branched-chain amino acids BCAA 2:1:1 (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), L-glutamine, inulin, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, sweetener (sucralose), colours (carmine, riboflavin).

Blueberry flavour ingredients: branched-chain amino acids BCAA 2:1:1 (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), L-glutamine, inulin, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, sweetener (sucralose), colour (carmine).

Directions: mix 8 g of powder (about ¾ scoop) with 200–300 ml water. Take 1 serving daily between meals, before, during or after training.
