  • Valerian root extract 270 mg
  • Of which valerenic acid 2.1 mg
  • Passionflower extract 242 mg
  • Melatonin 1 mg
  • Magnesium citrate 27 mg (7.2%)*
  • Zinc citrate 18 mg (180%)*
  • Vitamin B6 630 mcg 45%*
Ingredients: gaba (gamma-aminobutyric acid), valerian root extract (0.8% valerenic acid), passionflower flower extract (passiflora incarnata), anhydrous magnesium citrate, zinc citrate dihydrate, melatonin, vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), substances regulating stickiness (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), capsule shell (gelatin, colorant: calcium carbonate).
 
Usage: take 1 capsule 30 minutes before sleep.
Allergens: manufactured in facilities that may contain traces of eggs, milk, soy, wheat.
Warnings: Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with kidney diseases, and persons under 18 years old. The product should not be used as a food substitute. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
