Ingredients: Beta-alanine, micronized creatine monohydrate, arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, polydextrose, acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, anhydrous caffeine, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose), vitamins (ascorbic acid, folic acid, nicotinamide, pyridoxal-5-phosphate, methylcobalamin), colour (Allura Red).
Directions: Mix 1 scoop with 150–200 ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before exercise.
Allergens: Produced in facilities also handling milk, eggs, wheat and soy.
