Usage: As a dietary supplement, take one serving with about 300 ml of water. Patented creatine HCl can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or with other favorite "Kaged" products. If you do not consume other sources of creatine, take 2 servings with 300 ml of water before and after training. On non-training days, take 4 capsules immediately after waking up, with 500 ml of water.
