Ingredients:
99.3% buffered creatine monohydrate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), flow agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), capsule shell (gelatin, colorant: titanium dioxide (E171)).
Usage: on training days - 1-2 capsules in the morning and 1-2 capsules before training, on non-training days - 1-2 capsules before breakfast.
Allergens: manufactured in facilities that may contain traces of nuts, milk, soy, wheat.
