Ingredients: carbohydrate mix (waxy corn starch, maltodextrin, barley starch, sweet potatoes, oats), protein mix (milk) (whey protein concentrate, hydrolysate, isolate, micellar casein, milk protein concentrate, milk protein isolate), fat mix (MCT coconut oil, avocados, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds), thickeners (defatted soybeans, peas, guar gum), cocoa, natural and artificial flavorings, caramel coloring, salt, sweetener sucralose, coffee powder, emulsifier soy lecithin, enzymes lactase and protease, cinnamon extract, cherries.
Usage: mix a serving with 750-1000ml of water, shake for 20-30 seconds. Daily dose – 4 scoops.
