Ingredients

Recommended use
Blue ice pop flavor: mix 1 serving (1 scoop = 5.9 g) into a shaker with water and drink.
Orange/Mango flavor:mix 1 serving (1 scoop = 6.3 g) into a shaker with water and drink.
