How does it work simply?
When we eat a lot of carbohydrates (e.g., rice, pasta, sweets), the pancreas releases insulin. Insulin helps sugar enter cells from the blood – especially into muscles, where it can be used for energy or recovery.
Sometimes the body responds poorly to insulin (insulin resistance). Then some carbohydrates may be used inefficiently and more easily stored as fat.

Ingredients: Berberis dry extract (Berberis aristata DC.) bark (85% berberine), Gymnema dry extract (Gymnema sylvestre (Retz) R. Br.) leaves, MOMORDICIN® bitter melon dry extract (Momordica charantia L.) fruits, fillers: calcium phosphates, microcrystalline cellulose; cinnamon powder (Cinnamomum verum J. Presl.) bark, lipoic acid, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; chromium picolinate.
Usage: take 2 capsules per day with water.
Allergens: product manufactured on equipment that processes products containing milk, eggs, wheat, and soy.
