Description

Magnesium Citrate is a food supplement providing 450 mg of magnesium (from citrate). Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and physiological muscle function.

Magnesium plays an important role in many cellular functions such as energy production, protein synthesis and cell reproduction. It is also involved in more than 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, especially those related to energy production (e.g. ATP synthesis), and is essential for the activation of the sodium-potassium pump, which releases the cell's sodium in a gradient, forcing potassium into the cell. Magnesium deficiency can lead to a decrease in intracellular potassium and severely impair all cellular functions;

Greitas pristatymas, viskas tvarkoje.

Geras magnis – greitai pastebėjau sumažėjusį raumenų tempimą ir spazmus po treniruočių. Tabletės lengvai nuryjamos, jokio nemalonaus poskonio. Geri rezultatai už prieinamą kainą.

Ieškojau magnio, kuris būtų veiksmingas ir nesukeltų skrandžio diskomforto – šitas būtent toks. Citrato forma įsisavinama puikiai, ypač po aktyvios dienos ar sporto. Esu patenkintas.
