Yamamoto Omega-3 is a dietary supplement with concentrated fish oils, suitable for adults and rich in Omega-3 fatty acids with a 5-star IFOS certificate.

What does the IFOS™ certificate mean?
The best-known quality certificate is the IFOS (International Fish Oil Standards) trademark. IFOS stands for international fish oil standards. Essentially, IFOS is an analysis protocol issued by an independent institution (Nutrasource Diagnostic Inc.) located at the University of Guelph in Canada, which has the most expensive and advanced technologies needed to check Omega-3 quality.

Ingredients: concentrated fish oils 85% omega 3 IFOS™, capsule (gelatin), resistant material: glycerol, antioxidant: extract rich in tocopherol.

Usage: : take 1-4 capsules per day with water. Yamamoto manufacturer recommends taking up to 4 capsules per day, they indicate the maximum intake because they do not know how much good fats you get from food, e.g. if you eat fatty fish, avocado, flaxseed oil, chia seeds or other sources of good fats, then you can take less Yamamoto Omega.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding +25ºC. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.
