Ingredients: Filler: microcrystalline cellulose; D-aspartic acid, magnesium bisglycinate, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) seed extract 45% furostanol saponins, 20% protodioscin, KSM-66® Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal) root extract 5% withanolides, ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Mey.) extract 20% ginsenosides, flow agent: talc, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; zinc gluconate, tablet coating: shellac, hydroxypropyl cellulose, talc, glycerol, stabilizer: hydroxypropyl cellulose sodium borate.
Usage: take 3 capsules once a day with water or another favorite drink.
