Usage: On training days, drink 5g after workout. On non-training days, at any time of the day, mix with 250ml of water.

Allergens: Milk, soy (lecithin). The product is made in facilities that process products containing milk, eggs, wheat, and soy.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, out of reach of children, at a temperature not exceeding +25ºC. Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.
